Your participation in this Gabi Personal Insurance Agency, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) $10.00 Amazon gift card promotion (“Promotion”) is governed by and subject to the following Promotion Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise expressly defined below, the capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in our Terms of Service. These Promotion Terms do not limit our Terms of Service and are in addition thereto, and in the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and these Promotion Terms, our Terms of Service will control.

The Promotion is valid December 9, 2019, 12:00 am PST through February 29, 2020, 11:59 pm PST. To be eligible, you must (1) create a new Account, and (2) complete and submit all fields and upload all documents required in the Account registration process, including, without limitation, all terms relating to your existing car insurance coverage levels (“Insurance Coverage Levels”). If we cannot find a lower monthly rate than your existing rate at the time you submit your Insurance Coverage Levels, within thirty (30) days of submission, you may be eligible to receive a $10.00 digital gift card via email at or after the end of the calendar month in which you enter the Promotion, subject to the Promotion limitations and exclusions.

The Promotion is only available to first-time Account registrants and is limited to one (1) per licensed U.S. driver. You are not eligible to enter this Promotion if: (a) you have previously created an Account with us; (b) you have previously participated in this Promotion; (c) you do not have a valid U.S. driver’s license; (d) you do not have an active, current car insurance policy; (e) you are a not a U.S. resident; (f) you are a resident of Hawaii or Alaska; or (g) you have not visited the website link associated with the Promotion and as specified in a podcast advertisement with reference to the Promotion. Any attempt by you to abuse this Promotion by using multiple or different identities, registrations, Accounts, and/or any other methods, will void and disqualify you from receiving the Promotion at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to void any Promotion redemption that appears to be fraudulent, results from a fraudulent transaction, or is not compliant with our Terms of Service. You may not participate in the Promotion if your participation would be prohibited by any applicable law.

The gift card is fulfilled by Amazon.com (“Gift Card”). Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this Promotion. No purchase necessary. Except as required by law, Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards may be used only for purchases of eligible goods at Amazon.com or certain affiliated websites. Gift Cards are provided subject to terms and conditions at www.amazon.com/gc-legal.
